A Brief History of Pete's Career

A brief look at my history in the real estate business. In the early 1970s...yup, the 1970s...I started as appraiser then graduated to full time real estate salesman. I took loads of courses, earned my New York State Real Estate Broker's license, and was recognized as a real estate auctioneer. At this time I was working as agent and manager of a small office near Rochester, New York.

My wife and I moved to the CapitalRegion to live near where she was raised.Since 1984 I have worked as agent,licensed as NYS Broker, for three of the area's best known brokers...for the past two decades (+-) with Jim Long, Ken Raymond and RJ Long, doing business as Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, and, Dick Willig and Bill Purdy before that.

Experience gained over more than fifty years as member of the New York State Association of Realtors,NationalAssociation of Realtors,Greater Capital Association of Realtors and the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors has enabled me to help literally hundreds and hundreds of folks reach their real estate goals as buyer and seller.
